Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The GeForce Holiday Campaign (“Campaign”) is open to residents of Malaysia who purchase eligible products from authorized local retailers in Malaysia.

Eligible products:

COLORFUL GEFORCE RTX™ 5060 TI GAMING DUO 8GB-V
IGAME GEFORCE RTX™ 5060 TI ULTRA W DUO OC 8GB-V
Products with serial numbers issued outside Malaysia are not eligible. Each product serial number is entitled to one claim submission only.

2. Campaign Period

  • The Campaign runs from 16th March 2026 to 26th April 2026.
  • The final claim submission date is 3rd May 2026.

3. Reward Details

Eligible participants may receive TNG e-Wallet rewards of up to RM100, based on the product purchased:

Rewards will be processed via TNG e-Wallet from 5th May 2026 onwards.

4. Submission Requirements

All submissions must be complete, accurate, and valid. Incomplete or invalid submissions may be rejected. Each submission must include:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • Product serial number
  • Participant’s contact details

GMC WORLDWIDE SDN BHD may request additional documents for verification.

5. Verification and Approval

GMC WORLDWIDE SDN BHD reserves the right to review, verify, approve, reject, or disqualify any submission. Claims may be rejected if:

  • The submission is suspicious or fraudulent
  • The serial number cannot be verified
  • Duplicate submissions are detected
  • The proof of purchase is invalid or inconsistent

Purchases made by dealers, sub-dealers, distributors, resellers, or third parties on behalf of participants are not eligible.

6. General Terms

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

GMC WORLDWIDE SDN BHD reserves the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by GMC WORLDWIDE SDN BHD regarding this Campaign shall be final and binding. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

Personal data collected will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and GMC WORLDWIDE SDN BHD’s privacy policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMC WORLDWIDE SDN BHD shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, failed submission, or other issue arising from participation in this Campaign, including technical or system-related problems.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is true, accurate, and complete.
